As a Car Sales Representative at Olympia Subaru, youll be the driving force behind customer satisfaction, guiding customers through their car-buying journey with expertise, professionalism, and a passion for all things Subaru. The ideal candidate will have automotive sales experience and a proven track record, though were open to training the right individual.
Car Sales Representative Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in choosing the perfect Subaru vehicle
- Understand customer needs to recommend suitable options
- Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through follow-up and excellent service
- Stay up to date on Subaru models, features, and promotions
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to the dealerships success

Car Sales Representative Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate
