Marketing specialist

Olympic Sotheby's International Realty in Olympia, Washington, is seeking an energetic and creative individual with experience in public relations and marketing to complete a 2-person department responsible for promoting & inspiring company growth, as well as working with approximately 50 brokers to cultivate an environment of success.

This individual will create and maintain strong community connections with local businesses and non-profit organizations and serve the needs of individual brokers and fellow staff members in a busy office.

Responsibilities

• Web development / management and SEO for company and individual brokers
• Video content creation / editing
• Video and audio interviewing / editing / posting
• Graphic design for printed and web materials for companies and individuals
• Create content for new marketing materials / biogs, etc.
• Creating / maintaining brands for company and individuals
• Social media content creation and posting
• Keeping inventory and ordering physical marketing materials
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve the highest level of service and meet the goals of the company
• Identify and learn new systems to propel the company forward
• Train brokers and staff on marketing platforms and social media platforms

Qualifications

• Prior experience in both public relations and marketing
• Outgoing with the ability to work with many different personalities
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and able to complete tasks in a timely manner
• Experience working with a team and individually
• Experience with media platforms (X, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Linkedin)
• Experience with videography / photography
• Skilled in graphic design platforms and able to quickly learn new platforms

Compensation & Benefits

• $70,000 - 90,000 / year (DOE)

• Monday through Friday (8 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM)
• In-office position (Olympia)
