Service Director:
Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 (Negotiable Based Upon Experience )
Olympik Signs, Inc. is looking for a Service Director to join our Team. The Service Director is responsible for overseeing the planning, scheduling, and status reporting on Service Orders. Your role is to create and maintain an efficient Service Experience with clients while helping to address and solve problems. An effective Service Director can determine the personnel and equipment required to complete Service Projects in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Service Director or a Service Technician.

Essential Duties:
- Work with clients to receive the necessary information to provide a seamless and successful Service Experience.
- Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and develop lasting relationships.
- Oversees all the planning, scheduling, and status reporting on Service Orders.
- Understands a wide range of Electrical Knowledge and Skills including communication, problem-solving and technical skills related to Electrical Work.
- Understand client needs and define the scope of the project, to correctly and effectively determine specifications and allocate resources.
- Identify risks and review with supervisor for impact to project and determine best solution.
- Complete a post-project audit and ensure that the project was completed timely and within budget.
- When finished, close out the contract; resolve open items and ensure payment.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure open lines of communication and to make it easier to resolve problems.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience preferred.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, systematic, determined, rigorous and an effective Team player.
Salary & Pay:
- Commensurate based on experience.
