Essential job duties include but are not limited to:
- Processes and packages RTE products using slicing equipment, packaging equipment, scales, also assists with marinating and cooking all products that will be used in our cooking process. Responsible for compliance to OSI specifications.
- Assists in preparation for start of operations in the RTE room and cook room, this would include assembling equipment and product preparation as well
- Assists in the disassembly of RTE equipment, ovens, and all other equipment used for the cooking process. Stores supplies, computers, labelers and any other supplies used for the cooking process.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Meets expectations for attendance and punctuality.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Must be 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to use the following equipment: Scales, Injectors, tumblers, cooking ovens, mixers, Slicing equipment, packaging equipment, & meat saws
- Mathematical ability to deal with recipes and mixing times.
- Great attention to detail.
- Good eye/hand coordination.
- Ability to read and write.
Schedule: Full-time Days, Monday through Friday, 8:00am until 4:30pm. Hours are based on business needs.
