Assignment Description

This position will assist the Capital Projects IT Delivery Team by working directly with the project leads, discipline engineers and business stakeholders to create, maintain and track integrated schedules, Cost & budget reports and build dashboards to track quarterly and monthly deliverables owed to the business.

TECHNOLOGY

• Demonstrate an understanding of the role that Capital Projects Technology Teamplays in delivering value to conventional and New Energy projects.
• Demonstrate an understanding of the technology landscape in the following areas: Application development, Data Management, OT/Cyber Security, Infrastructure and Networking & Hosting.

COLLABORATION

• Establish a working rapport with the embedded IT Delivery Leads, Discipline Engineers and stakeholders on the Project.
• Collaborate effectively within and across teams.
• Work effectively with Project Schedulers & Cost Engineers.

WORKPROCESSES & SYSTEMS

• Content Management of the Team Intranet Site.
• Follow procedures and implement change where applicable.
• Build Dashboards for Capital Projects IT Manager and Senior IT Leadership

• MS Project, Excel & PowerPoint
• SharePoint
• Primavera P6 / MS Project
• Power BI

KEYACCOUNTABILITIES

• Create and maintain Technology Team’s schedule and align it with the Project Team’s schedule and Milestones
• Track all IT related costs from Project Leads.
• Build & monitor cost reports
• Track FTE count & Functional Support Costs
• Build Power BI reports on key metrics, project deliverables
• Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly Reports to IT and Project Leadership.
• Build and integrate reports into RADA/equivalent tools used by the Projects organization.

Qualifications Required

• Greater than 5 years of experience in working on major capital projects in, project controls roles.
• Excellent proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project & Power BI.
• Expert in using Primavera P6 tool to create and maintain project schedules.
• Experience in bottom-up and top-down work planning.
• Over 5 years of working in multidisciplinary project planning, scheduling and Work Breakdown Structure
• Interface Management
