Job Description:
Omega Industrial Repair is looking for outgoing individuals with strong communication skills to join our customer service team. As a customer service rep, you will be in communication with customers, giving regular status updates, following up on purchase orders/approvals, and scheduling pick-ups as needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for outstanding customer service and problem solving.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via inbound and outbound calls.
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Process purchase orders, and customer requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as necessary.
- Complete daily and weekly tasks as assigned.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues with patience and empathy.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow company policies and procedures to uphold service standards.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English; bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, particularly in Spanish.
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
- Ability to analyze information and problem-solve effectively.
- Team player.
- Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
