We have 3 repair divisions which are capable of repairing any industrial equipment within a manufacturing facility. With a relentless commitment to excellence, we specialize in providing top-notch industrial repair services that keep operations running smoothly for our clients.

Job Description:

Omega Industrial Repair is looking for outgoing individuals with strong communication skills to join our customer service team. As a customer service rep, you will be in communication with customers, giving regular status updates, following up on purchase orders/approvals, and scheduling pick-ups as needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for outstanding customer service and problem solving.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via inbound and outbound calls.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Process purchase orders, and customer requests in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update information as necessary.
  • Complete daily and weekly tasks as assigned.
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues with patience and empathy.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to uphold service standards.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English; bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, particularly in Spanish.
  • Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
  • Ability to analyze information and problem-solve effectively.
  • Team player.
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
