Reports To: Director of Client Services
Position Overview: We are seeking a driven Digital Strategist to lead the day-to-day execution of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, email, and texting. The ideal candidate will effectively manage advertising campaigns, collaborate with internal teams, and provide strategic input to maximize our digital marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and grow a portfolio of 45 clients, developing and executing customized digital marketing campaigns to meet their unique objectives.
2. Ensure flawless campaign execution, with minimal client work errors.
3. Adhere strictly to core Digital Strategist processes and campaign structures for consistent and efficient campaign management.
4. Maintain excellent client relationships through timely responses to all queries and concerns, responding within 24 hours.
5. Stay current on platform changes with Facebook and Klaviyo to leverage the latest functionalities for campaign advantage.
6. Monitor and optimize client Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), aiming to maintain a rate of 15 at all times.
7. Meet 100% of departmental objectives ("rocks") for the role, contributing positively to the marketing team's overall success.
8. Demonstrate the company's core values in all interactions and responsibilities.
9. Achieve a healthy work-life balance, taking at least 3-5 Paid Time Off (PTO) days each quarter.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
2. Proven experience as a Digital Strategist or similar role.
3. Strong understanding of all aspects of digital marketing, including social media, SEO, email marketing, and content marketing.
4. Proficient in using social media platforms for advertising, particularly Facebook and Instagram.
5. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex strategies in a clear, easy-to-understand manner.
6. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
7. Knowledge of analytics tools and the ability to interpret and utilize data to inform strategy and decision-making.
8. Commitment to adhering to company core values and achieving KPIs.
Key Performance Indicators:
The performance of the Digital Strategist will be evaluated based on the following KPIs:
1. Number of clients handled and managed.
2. The frequency and severity of errors in campaigns.
3. Compliance with core Digital Strategist processes and campaign structures.
4. Response time to client queries.
5. Up-to-date knowledge of Facebook and Klaviyo platform changes.
6. Client ROAS of 15 .
7. Achievement of departmental objectives ("rocks").
8. Demonstration of the company's core values.
