Overview

The Marketing Specialist will be developing, implementing and tracking marketing programs such as promotional strategies, digital campaigns, and social media across all divisions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and maintain a corporate social media strategy.
    • Analyze trends with social media.
    • Creation of content calendar and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with other internal teams to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Develop, create and maintain marketing and recruiting materials and ensure brand guidelines are met.
  • Conduct market research and develop strategies based on industry trends and demographics.
  • Write, proofread, and edit creative materials.
  • Maintain marketing budget.
  • Photography and video as requested within the divisions.
  • Assist in marketing recruiting efforts and events.
  • Maintain Omni website and update as needed.
  • Develop company podcasts.
  • All other duties as required.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field
  • 2-5 years’ experience in marketing
  • Working knowledge of social media platforms
  • Proficiency in creation of social media posts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to use sound judgment
  • Self-starter with a willingness to take initiative and the ability to work with minimal supervision to bring projects to completion
  • Ability to travel as necessary

Preferred:

 

  • Working knowledge of video editing software
