Position Summary
The Sr. Financial Analyst is responsible for business performance analysis and communication of the short- and long-term strategic business plans that will ensure legal financial strength and viability.
- Manage reporting and provide insightful analysis of the financial results of Omron Healthcare to management and stakeholders.
- Assist the budgeting/forecasting/monthly update cycles within the established guidelines and procedures.
- Provide support to the Business Controller on a wide range of projects and ad hoc operational issues including support for, and critical assessment of, decision-making and business improvement initiatives.
- Primary source of answering internal Finance or Accounting related inquiries.

Responsibilities:
- EPM (business forecasting tool) maintenance and Power User.
- Quarterly, annual and 3 year plan submission file integrity and owner.
- Ad hoc analysis and reporting.
- Daily sales report review prior to submission to organization.
- Mid-month forecast review of reporting and analysis prior to submission to management.
- Maintain close relationship with Marketing and Sales team for accurate forecasts and expense management.
- Update and review co-op/trade forecasting based on changes in sales and program direction.
- Update and review commissions forecasting based on changes in projected and actual Sales.
- Complete management meeting slides for balance sheet metrics and submit to business controller for review.
- Manage and develop Associate Analyst.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 5 Years in Finance/Accounting environment.
- Accounting close, journal entry, audit, and direct report experience a plus.
- Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and cost control principles.
- Knowledge of credit control processes.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and management reporting systems/tools
- Knowledge and application of accounting principles and guidelines (US-GAAP, JSOX).
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications including high proficiency in Excel.
