General Description

We are looking to fill the Maintenance opening for our Monday-Friday Schedule. Industry experience would be great. But training is available for the right person. You will be working closely with our Maintenance Lead, Shop Manager, and Senior Machinists to support production of manufactured parts.
OMW has high-end CNC machines. The Shop Maintenance roll is to keep these machines operating consistently, 7-days a week, nearly 365 days a year.
Specific Duties include:
Periodic and Scheduled Preventive Maintenance- scheduling machines for periodic manufacturer service calls, completing various periodic maintenance tasks (e.g., changing backup batteries on machine controls yearly, lubricating key components as per schedule, etc.), and keeping records of maintenance completion.
Repairs and emergency Maintenance- Scheduling emergency machine repairs and service, making repairs onsite as possible, ordering spare parts and tools.
General Cleaning - Clearing chips and vacuuming sumps. Maintaining coolant integrity, cleaning machines and work areas.

Compensation based on experience.
