Job Description

On Demand Staffing is hiring a Professional and Independent Recruiter whose primary role is to source, interview, and select qualified candidates for our clients. Also, this role may include account management, payroll, and other HR related processes. A successful recruiter must be comfortable in customer facing situations such as new customer relations, being on-site, and meeting face to face with clients. The Recruiter position will include ALL hiring associated processes and initial greeting of potential staff. Bilingual Recruiters are required to work closely with Account managers to provide proper candidate flow and provide an accessible candidate pipeline that lessens our time to hire and reduces turnover. A recruiter should have incredible time management skills along with the ability to be self sufficient, organized, and handle multiple ongoing tasks and projects on a day to day basis.

Recruiter Job Responsibilities

  • Constantly recruit new staff and always look for new and innovative recruiting techniques.
  • Contact and schedule recruits to help properly staff client needs.
  • Greet potential recruits that walk into the office and answer inbound calls
  • Dispatch associates to job sites as directed
  • Keep a neat and tidy office space that is inviting to clients and potential new hires
  • Follow company policy as it pertains to employment processes as well as ensuring customer compliance is maintained (E-Verify, backgrounds, MVR’s, WOTC, ACA, certifications etc.)
  • Maintain job boards, run job fairs, and learn innovative ways to bring in high level candidates and target passive job seekers
  • Weekly reporting of all orders filled, new hires, and orders that are left open
  • Ability to work within a team and independently
  • Keep detailed records of recruits and current staff including resumes and evaluations
  • Utilize an Applicant Tracking System to log potential candidates
  • Work, dress, and represent On Demand Staffing as defined in the Employee handbook

Desired skills for a successful recruiter:

The ability to speak proficiently in both English and Spanish is a plus.
