Job Description
As a Civil Site Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for developing project scope and fee, negotiating contracts, and successfully managing the project design team and schedule to meet each client's expectations. Civil Site Senior Project Managers mentor and lead a team and strengthen existing client relationships and seek out new opportunities in the region and assist in proposal development to garner new work.
Civil projects include site planning and design, grading plans, erosion control, site utilities, stormwater management, sidewalks, and streetscapes within the commercial, residential, and manufacturing industries for both public and private clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- 15 years of civil site design, with at least 3 years of progressive management experience.
- NC PE license or the ability to obtain license with 6 months of hire.
