Role Details:

• Take the reins in managing our upstairs restaurant/bar and terrace, navigating the unique challenges of one of Chicago's busiest hotels.
• Dive into the action with a hands-on approach, working shoulder-to-shoulder with our dedicated staff in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Role Requirements:

• YOU bring at least 3 years of current floor management experience in a high-volume hotel F&B operation to the table.
• Lead by example, fostering a collaborative environment where teamwork and excellence thrive.
• Navigate guest interactions with finesse, armed with top-notch communication and emotional intelligence.
• Shake up our bar and cocktail operations with your expertise in driving revenue.
• Feel at home in an upscale, yet casual dining environment, where quick thinking and independent decision-making are essential.

Interview Process:

• Your journey starts with a one-on-one with our hiring manager, ensuring your potential shines through from the get-go.
• Top candidates will then meet with the hiring manager and potentially the director of outlets for further evaluation.
• This is an immediate hire so be prepared to move fast!!!

Compensation and Quota:

• Competitive salary starting at $70,000.
• Reporting directly to the director of outlets, with support from our hotel manager, you'll have the resources you need to thrive.
