Role Details:
Take the reins in managing our upstairs restaurant/bar and terrace, navigating the unique challenges of one of Chicago's busiest hotels.
Dive into the action with a hands-on approach, working shoulder-to-shoulder with our dedicated staff in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Role Requirements:
YOU bring at least 3 years of current floor management experience in a high-volume hotel F&B operation to the table.
Lead by example, fostering a collaborative environment where teamwork and excellence thrive.
Navigate guest interactions with finesse, armed with top-notch communication and emotional intelligence.
Shake up our bar and cocktail operations with your expertise in driving revenue.
Feel at home in an upscale, yet casual dining environment, where quick thinking and independent decision-making are essential.
Interview Process:
Your journey starts with a one-on-one with our hiring manager, ensuring your potential shines through from the get-go.
Top candidates will then meet with the hiring manager and potentially the director of outlets for further evaluation.

Compensation and Quota:
Competitive salary starting at $70,000.
Reporting directly to the director of outlets, with support from our hotel manager, you'll have the resources you need to thrive.
