This job will be based in our downtown Indianapolis, IN office. Due to COVID-19, our team is currently working remotely with plans to reopen offices in January 2022.
What you'll do:
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities for OnBoard through extensive cold calling, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Interact with prospective clients via telephone and email with a high attention to detail.
- Partner with Account Executives to nurture ongoing strategic target clients.
- Quickly learn the OnBoard product, effectively communicate the value proposition and be able to react to objections and competitive questions.
- Gather key information and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) database.
- Meet or exceed assigned quota of Sales Accepted Leads (SAL).
