Job Overview
The Account Supervisor is responsible for maintaining and growing the partnership of each client through client service management, accurate and timely program delivery, and contribution to the strategic development of the account.
Scope of Work
Assignments of team are task or activity oriented and established in accordance with schedules and deliverables.
Strategic Planning
- Actively participate in strategic account planning for assigned accounts including: Manage planning of both short and long term strategic objectives for the client; identification of opportunities for expansion of existing book of business; identification of new opportunities outside of existing book of business.
- Contribute to developing innovative client solutions
- Lead internal teams in contributing to the strategic direction for client programs and idea generation.
Client Relationship Management
- Foster client relationships.
- Manage client feedback, stewardship, and results measures for assigned programs.
Financial Management
- Develop project budgets, review actuals against estimates, generate client-required financial reporting, conduct required internal financial reviews
- Contribute to the development of annual budgets and revenue/forecasts
Project Management
- Oversee the ongoing operation of assigned accounts
- Oversee delivery team activities and manage program implementation from launch through conclusion.
- Interface with clients on requirements, solution scope plans, points of dissatisfaction, scope changes, approvals, and budgets.
- Develop tactical implementation strategies for each individual client project.
- Monitor the quality of work from other departments.
- Responsible to mentor, provide client servicing guidelines and assess project progress at every level.

Demonstrates adequate technical/functional knowledge to effectively coach on daily activities. Expertise is typically limited to applicable discipline.
Decision Making, Complexity, and Impact
Works within established guidelines, processes, and procedures. May recommend improvements to achieve team goals. Failure to achieve goal may impact team deadline and results.
Teamwork and Leadership
Interacts daily with subordinates and/or peers within similar or related functions. Provides day-to-day leadership to team.
