Digestive Health Specialist is seeking an energetic Practice Manager with a positive spirit to join our team and to help drive patient success in our community.

Snapshot of Daily Duties:
- Supervise and direct all physician practice employees
- Recruit, select, and train all non-physician staff
- Review, approve, and submit timesheets biweekly both exempt and non-exempt staff.
- Create and maintain physician office schedules, call schedules, and vacation schedules.
- Serve as a liaison between practice, vendors, and external agencies, etc.
- Manage the building ensuring all buildings are adequately maintained.
- Work alongside providers to establish workable goals, objectives, and infrastructure to effectively deliver care.
- Responsibility for local clinical leaders and clinical operations, the execution of policies and procedures.
- Responsibility for the integrity of the revenue cycle as directed through the platform RCM team.
- Responsibility for the handling and escalation of patient satisfaction challenges and patient experience improvements across local departments.
- Create and maintain care coordination processes.
- Implement and maintain quality initiatives.
- Develop and execute short and long-term practice goals and objectives.
- Compile and report data for quarterly and annual practice meetings. Monitor trending and make corrective action recommendations and plans in accordance with data analyzation.
The Must Haves:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant management experience is required.
- Clinical experience required.
- Five (5) years supervisory experience required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
