Seeking a charismatic, organized and analytical Human Resource addition to our team. The HR Business Partner (HRBP) position owns daily HR operations for One Network Enterprises. The position is a true generalist position manages all HR administration in addition to building partnerships across the organization to deliver value-added services to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position, its midrange plans, its culture and its competition.

Essential Functions:
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.
- Manage & Maintain the HR Dashboard/Company Intranet & ADP HRIS System
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Review & processes payroll in ADP.
- Maintain all employee records in accordance with state and federal requirements
- Administer Benefits and answer employee inquiry’s
- Responsible for monthly headcount reporting
- Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Assists international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.
- Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.
- Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in the efficiency of HR department and services performed
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of tactical HR and/or office management experience
- Working knowledge of HR administration in addition to human resource disciplines performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or PHR prefers
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
