Job Description:
As our Account Manager, you will be the spearhead of our business development, building and nurturing relationships with potential clients across diverse businesses and institutions. Your aim will be to generate opportunities for our business, promote our cutting-edge water damage restoration solutions, and maintain our legacy of trust and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage strategic partnerships with businesses and institutions, fostering long-term relationships.
Identify potential opportunities for business expansion and collaboration.
Deliver presentations and demonstrations of our services, enlightening potential clients about our superior methods and the benefits they offer.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution.
Prepare reports on account status and provide regular updates to the management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role.
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office.
Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
