We have an exciting opportunity for a personable, sales driven, customer-oriented person to join our team as a leasing consultant.
OneWall Management is a growing property management company committed to providing our residents the best home experience. Founded in 2010, OneWall Management focuses on transit-oriented housing.
Our Leasing Consultants play a crucial role in turning our apartments into homes for our residents. The person in this role is responsible for effectively implementing the leasing and marketing program, to promote the positive image of the apartment community and to assist management with resident programs and retention.

Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Assist apartment complexes with achieving and maintaining high occupancy rates.
- Maintain current information on all aspects of a community including size, special features, expiration of current leasing agreements and pricing.
- Provide a daily inspection of show apartments and model appearance.
- Handle all aspects of leasing apartments, including greeting prospective residents, touring the community, closing the sale, processing applications in a timely manner, typing leases, following up with prospects, obtains signatures for completion of leases/paperwork prior to move-in.
- Handle or assist in the receiving, recording, preparation, and follow-up of service requests.
- Assist property management team with rent collection as needed via phone calls, visits, and resident follow up.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Education and Requirements:
- A High School education or equivalent is required; college degree is a plus but not a requirement.
- A minimum of one year of leasing experience
- A minimum of two years sales and customer service experience
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Valid driver’s license required
- Knowledge of and compliance with all laws pertaining to apartments, including Fair Housing, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and ADA.
- Ability to operate and understand personal computer functions and company utilized software packages
- Must wear business apparel based on defined company standards

Hours: primarily Monday – Friday 9:00am – 6:00pm-with some rotating Saturday shifts 10:00am-5:00pm. Must be available for overtime, weekend, holiday and evening work.
Pay: $15.50-$17.50 an hour plus bonuses and commissions.
