The Scheduler/CSR is the first Point of contact for a busy restoration Company. This position is an important resource for helping to make the front office run smoothly.
Education and Experience
High school diploma/ GED 2-3 years of experience in an office environment performing clerical duties and receiving multiple inbound calls.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
· Acts in a courteous, professional, customer focus manner
· Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
· Proficient in the use of computers, software, and technology
· Proficient with MS Office and Quickbooks
· Ability to Multi-Task
· Ability to take down customer orders and input information accurately into the company’s dispatch system.
