Onebridge is a consulting firm with an HQ in Indianapolis, and clients dispersed throughout the United States and beyond. We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Business Process Architect to join an innovative and dynamic group of professionals and become our next employee-owner.
This role could be a full-time position on our team – or we would be open to engaging a consultant seeking their next contract experience.
This position is a hybrid or remote role operating on EST. Strong preference will be given to those local to the Midwest.
Business Process Architect | About You
As a Business Process Architect, you are responsible for setting up a robust Business Architecture framework that improves an organization's structure and processes. You will drive quantifiable business outcomes through Business Process Management (BPM) Engagements. You will lead and support strategic and tactical projects across various business functions to identify process levels and cross-functional levers that will improve processes and promote synergy across numerous teams. You are a detailed-oriented professional with a track record of identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives. You are an independent thinker and are passionate about solving complex problems.
Business Process Architect | Day-to-Day
- Collaborate with multiple cross-functional stakeholders and IT members to discover inefficiencies and identify process execution improvements.
- Enable the identification and implementation of process and technology solutions to optimize business processes by utilizing best practices, tools, and methods.
- Analyze, design, and develop a roadmap and implementation plan.
- Proactively identify avenues to increase the Business Process Management (BPM) adoption and user groups across the enterprise.
- Lead process design initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders from concept to approval.
- Facilitate common understanding across teams, map information flows, chart value streams, diagram processes, and model system dynamics.
Business Process Architect | Skills & Experience
- 10 years of progressive business analysis and process improvement experience.
- Experience interfacing with various business stakeholders, specifically within Finance and Procurement/Supply Chain is required.
- Skilled in setting up Business Architecture Frameworks at an enterprise scale.
- Experience with process management, operational excellence, process consulting, and workshop facilitation.
- Successful track record of driving sizeable cross-functional process re-engineering and improvement initiatives.
- Strong ability to lead and influence others and respect diversity of opinion and experience while building consensus.
- Ability to translate complex topics and abstract concepts to a range of audiences.
- PMI / PMP or Six Sigma Certifications are a bonus.
