Job Description:
We are looking for a Job File Coordinator. This person will be responsible for overseeing our asbestos, lead, and biohazards jobs. You will be working with skilled Project Managers and tradesmen.
Responsibilities:
Calling customers to schedule inspections
Follow up with customers and insurance companies for approvals
Invoice and obtain payments
Must be organized and maintain detailed documentation of all correspondence with customers
Handling customer disputes in regards to payments or invoicing
Preparing accounts and sending them to collections due to non-payment
Coding invoices for temps
Qualifications:
Excellent understanding of QuickBooks
1 years of high volume collections experience
1 years of scheduling is preferred
Moderate/Advanced experience with Office Suite and Google Sheets
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
