Oneida Health is seeking a Per-diem CT Technologist to care for patients in our Radiology Department. This position involves responsibility for performing diagnostic medical examination of patients using computerized tomography equipment. Work is performed under the general direction of a Supervising CT Technologist with leeway allowed for exercise of independent judgement in carrying out technical details of the position.

- Completing patient education regarding examination and procedures.
- Promoting privacy and comfort for patients during their time in the hospital.
- Performing CT scans in an efficient and timely manner in compliance with departmental, hospital, and regulatory agency standards.
- Recording appropriate files as assigned.
- Assisting the Radiologists with biopsies and drainages.
- Scheduling patients in cooperation with Radiologists, referring physician offices, and nursing units.
- Maintaining CT equipment and suite in a clean, neat, and orderly condition.

Qualifications
Your Essential Qualifications:
- Education:
- Graduate of an approved JCERT program for Radiologic Technology (Required)
- License:
- ARRT advanced certification, licensed by NYS
- Certifications:
- BLS (Preferred)
