What are the responsibilities and job description for the Closing Coordinator position at OneWater Marine?
Description
Directly Reports to: Closing Director
- Work closely with Closing Manager and Closing Director
- Main point of Contact for your assigned brokers for all their closing needs and questions
- Create all contracts and documents for closings
- Gather all information/documents needed from all parties in a closing, including signatures and present final/complete package to Closing Director
- Ensuring closing procedures are followed
- Help set expectations for closing to clients, brokers and all involved in the closing process
- Coordinate the closing process with clients, financial institutions, brokers, attorneys and documentation agents
- Communicating with clients, brokers and their representatives in professional manner over phone, email, in person and even text to gather information for closings
- Reviewing of tax status, corporate status, US customs regulations, lien status
- for each closing
- Processing of any documents with specific legal entities
- Ensuring deal information is filtered into our databases accurately
- Upkeep our Form platforms (Ex. Yachtcloser) for each closing
- Upkeep our Deal platforms (Ex. Hubspot) with up to date information throughout the closing process for each closing
- Maintain a Sales log with each closing and their status
- Ensuring documents/files for each closing are up to date
- Assist with General Administrative tasks when necessary
- Assist in generating various monthly reports
- Assist the team during major events Any other tasks deemed necessary to be performed by the Closing Director
