Yacht Sales Assistant

Sales Assistants at OneWater Yacht Group are dynamic team members dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and supporting the Sales Team to surpass both volume and margin sales goals. This role involves significant interaction with customers, managing local social media outlets, creating and managing online yacht listings, and requires a critical attention to detail. The assistant will also support the marketing team and actively participate in boat shows.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Welcome visitors warmly, both in person and over the phone, directing inquiries appropriately to ensure a seamless experience.
• Support the Sales Team by organizing paperwork and managing administrative tasks to enhance the buying experience.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager and Sales Team.
• Engage in writing, reviewing, and processing internal and external communications.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and maintain meticulous file management.
• Maintain an organized and timely reception area.
• Actively participate in boat shows, including both store and off-site sales and customer events.
• Support creating and managing online yacht listings, enhancing digital presence and sales opportunities.
• Assist the marketing team with campaigns and promotional activities.

• Maintain the professional image of the dealership through consistent organizational skills.
• Possess strong administrative, computer, and social media skills.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs infrequently.
• Capability to perform tasks involving seated work, stooping, and climbing.
