Title: Cybersecurity Officer - Expert
Location: Multiple: DC Region; Norfolk, VA; College Park, Maryland; Norfolk, VA; Colorado Springs, CO; Tampa, FL; Charlottesville, VA; Palm Harbor, HI; Makalapa, HI; Miami, FL. Scott AFB, IL; Offutt AFB, NE; and Seoul, South Korea
Clearance: TS/SCI with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph
Responsibilities:
- Assist the ISSM in the oversight, assessment and authorization, and continuous monitoring of information systems
- Evaluate and implement IC and DOD-compliant policies, standards, and guidelines covering application security, data security, disaster recovery, continuity of operations, and contingency planning,
- Create, review, and monitor Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M) and provide progress reports as required
- Provide Cybersecurity exercise and audit support as required
- Assist in the development, upkeep, and execution of the agency's COMMON plan
- Support the development of end-to-end Cybersecurity processes and procedures to streamline AO/DAO approvals and to establish IT security standards for the AOR in accordance with current DOD and IC policy guidance
- Develop and track key metrics for continuous monitoring of Cybersecurity functions in support of FISMA and DOD reporting and compliance requirements
- Act as a high-level designer, defining the framework of core design features and functions of the program objective to be implemented.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science or a related technical discipline preferred, with a minimum of 12 years of related work experience
- Familiarity with IC and DOD Risk Management Frameworks, continuous monitoring, and risk scoring
- SME in one or more of the following specialties: cloud and systems architectures, security architecture, cloud applications and storage, high-performance computing, and software development.
- Must have an IAT Level III certification or ability to obtain certification prior to September 15, 2023. CASP CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP, GCED, GCIH
- Familiarity and/or experience with eMASS, Archer, ACAS, and Nessus type tools and technologies desired
- Current active TS/SCI clearance, with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph
Salary : $125,000 - $158,000
