What You'll Do As A Staffing Recruiter:
- Conduct interviews with candidates to determine the best placements
- Process background checks and administer drug screens
- Complete onboarding processes and I-9 verification
- Partner with clients to determine staffing needs
- Maintain relationships with both internal staff and clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
Work Experience
The Preferred Candidate Might:
- Have prior experience in a customer service or recruiting environment
- Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Be prepared to leverage recruiting methods to proactively drive candidates to the office
- Possess an outgoing, positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Be bilingual in English and Spanish
