Onin Staffing is currently recruiting Janitorial Workers for the McAllen area.
Job Description:
- Performs daily cleaning procedures
- Records work completed on assignment checklist
- Emptying trash, sweeping, mopping, cleaning restrooms
- Vacuum carpets and floor care duties
- Cleaning restrooms daily, restocking paper supplies, cleaning facility
- Straighten desk items, furniture, and appliances
- Dust, polish, and remove marks from walls and furnishing
- Performs other tasks as assigned by department supervisor
Work Experience
- Prior experience working in janitorial, housekeeping, custodial positions.
- HS Diploma / GED required.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds required.
- Physically capable of completing major responsibilities listed above.
- Must be dependable and punctual in reporting to and leaving work.
- Ability to make decisions and implement them after they are made, and fulfill requirements to complete assignments.
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships with others.
