What are the responsibilities and job description for the Insurance CSR position at Onin?
We are hiring direct for one of our clients. The pay is 45-65K, working from home with great benefits.
Insurance Customer Service Rep with 3 plus years experience to help cultivate relationships by taking exceptional care of clients services needs and being proactive to create retention.
The CSR will work with Personal or Commercial depending on the license you have. We prefer our candidates to have solid work history and a desire for success.
You will be responsible for handling new and renewal business, quoting on-line, and completion of applications.
Customer Service is about people and we are looking for someone who loves taking care of ours!
Work Experience
CSR Insurance experience 3 solid years
Insurance Property & Casualty license (Required)
Previous experience in commercial property and casualty insurance with 1-3 years of experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with ability to multitask.
Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
