Onsite Staffing Supervisor

The Onsite Staffing Supervisor will work at our client's facility in Marshall, IL to oversee the staffing operation as a liaison between our client, our employees, and our servicing branch in Terre Haute. This is a fulltime position working directly for Onin Staffing.

The Onsite Supervisor will match qualified candidates with positions that align with each Teammate’s experience and skill set.

Position is fulltime, Monday through Friday, with variable hours, but 7:00 am to 4:30 pm is typical. Compensation includes competitive hourly pay, car and cell phone allowance, and a performance-based bonus. Weekly pay.

Responsibilities:

· High level of organization

· Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with teammates

· Trained on payroll for specific site

· Supervise check-in process and end of shift paperwork

· Recruit to fulfill client needs

· Monitor attendance and take necessary action when needed

· Build strong relationships with client by understanding the business and staffing needs to create solutions

· Manage teammates through coaching, counseling, motivating, investigating and, when necessary, termination

· Respond to teammates in a timely manner

Work Experience

· Staffing and/or recruiting experience required

· Proactive thinker and clear communication with coworkers and leadership

· Must be proficient with Microsoft Suite

· Ability to work well alone and with a team with little to no supervision

· Ability to identify and execute appropriate actions to resolve issues

· Ability to work well under pressure and respond to deadlines in a timely and professional manner accurately
