What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-time Staffing Assistant position at Onin?
The Onin Staffing Elizabethtown Branch is looking for an energetic, self-starting, detail-oriented Staffing Assistant to join our team! Part-time hours, but may become full-time within 90 days of start date. Previous recruiting or administrative experience is preferred, but will train the right candidate.
The Staffing Assistant will assist the recruiters in matching qualified candidates with a position that aligns with the teammate's experience and skill set.
$16.00/hr to start, depending upon experience
Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 3:00PM
Duties:
Answer incoming phone calls
Place multiple outgoing phone calls during the day to schedule interviews
File and scan paperwork
Provide day to day excellent customer service
Proficient user of Social Media tools for recruiting
Screen applicants/candidates
Perform in-person and phone interviews with candidates
Maintain great relationships with both internal staff and clients
Work Experience
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and inwriting
- Demonstrate ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
