This job will primarily consist of fabrication welding of equipment that is of metal structure.

Paid Holidays
Employees of Excelsior Staffing are eligible for the following six paid holidays after 1200 hours of work:

Paid Vacations
Employees are eligible for one week of paid vacation for every 1800 hour of work. The cost of this benefit is
also covered entirely by Excelsior Staffing.

Each employee has the opportunity to choose our medical insurance plan on day one of employment. This
plan helps to bridge the medical coverage gap before our associates go permanent at client facilities.
Direct Deposit/Totally Free Checking
We offer our associates the option of weekly direct deposit. We found that many of our associates couldn’t
take advantage of direct deposit because they didn’t have a bank account. In partnership with Wachovia
bank, we have recently rolled out an Absolutely, Totally Free Checking Account program for any Excelsior
Staffing employee.
Referral Bonuses
We reward temporary employees who refer other candidates for employment. We will pay our employee a
cash bonus after the referred individual works at least 40 hours with Excelsior Staffing. This benefit also helps
service your account by increasing the pool of available, and generally more reliable, workers.
