Overview
Senior Marketing Manager
Department: Marketing
Reports to: onPeak Marketing Director
Location: onPeak Remote
Account Management
Serve as the primary marketing resource for an assigned group of top client accounts with responsibility for retention, growth and day-to-day management of the marketing requirements for the account.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of each client account.
- Devise an integrated marketing campaign and timeline; execute the necessary marketing mix throughout the event cycle.
- Initiate and maintain marketing plans, task tracking, creative directives, and edit requests.
- Track and analyze statistics before, during and post-event; constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve our business.
Department Operations
Ensure clients derive maximum value from onPeak’s marketing services by continually seeking ways to refine, optimize and enhance department processes and efficiencies.
- Regularly re-evaluate the quality of content, external content creation, editorial, and strategy resources.
- Partner with the data team to ensure the marketing department is optimizing available metrics and using data to make decisions that will best support clients and the department strategies.
- Field internal questions on current client processes and best practices and ensure answers are clearly and properly documented for future training purposes.
- Utilize HTML, JSS, CSS programming languages to integrate marketing on client website.
- Perform minor design tasks such as image resizing, cropping and marketing advertisements.
- Manage end-to-end email initiatives according to Marketing Timeline per client account.
Leadership Responsibilities
Evaluate operating procedures and templating to ensure optimal performance of marketing team.
- Execute ongoing training/coaching marketing partners with new initiatives.
- Optimize SFMC templates, content blocks and automations.
- Serve as lead SME for email marketing and SFMC operations.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a major ESP/CRM, SalesForce Marketing Cloud preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in email marketing management
- Expert in HTML, JSON, JSS, CSS coding for web or email content
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially, DreamWeaver, Illustrator, Photoshop or InDesign.
