OnPoint is seeking a candidate for a full time Wraparound Coordinator. The position is responsible for facilitating team-based interventions for children/youth who are involved with multiple community-based services and are struggling with serious emotional disturbances.
Pay Range: $48,254 - $63,308 annually

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s of Social Work or Bachelor’s Degree in related field is required;
- One year experience working directly with children with SED is required;
- Possess strong oral and written communication skills
- Valid Michigan driver’s license is required;
- Ability to work well in varied settings,
- Maintain good relationships with consumer and community professionals.
Responsibilities:
- The Wraparound Coordinator is responsible for facilitating team-based interventions for children/youth who are involved with multiple community-based services and are struggling with serious emotional disturbance.
- Services focus on maximizing strengths and ensuring child/youth and family voices are heard when multiple systems are involved Facilitation of the person centered planning process
- Wrapround Coordinator must be skilled in facilitating group meetings and motivating others to action. Training in the Wraparound model will be provided.
