Summary
Busy Orthopaedic Office located in Stamford, CT is looking for a Clerical/Office support team member within the Revenue Cycle Department
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Printing and mailing Bills with Office Notes to Insurance Carriers.
- Sorting and distributing email/faxes/mail/tasks to the appropriate people.
- Contacting patients as needed and providing superior customer service to client base.
- Basic data entry into PM/EMR software.
- Effectively manage communications.
- Supporting the team and department as needed.
Qualification:
- Follows direction and is self-motivated and a team player.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Basic Computer and Internet skills required.
- Experience working in the medical field is preferred.
