Project Management Specialist

What will you be doing:
- At the direction of Project Managers, provide e-discovery support, including, but not limited to, data collection, data processing and culling, digital document productions, and application support and training
- Exhibit overall business awareness as it relates to the goals and objectives of the department
- Perform or assist with scheduling, timeline, procurement, staffing, and budget of a product in accordance with project plan
- Lead daily task meetings and provide daily task reports for all project team members.
- Provide support for project as point of contact for the client or customer
- Lead project schedule status meetings
What experience do you need to have to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years of practical administrative experience working in a project environment
- knowledge of the procurement, property services, and grants and agreements processes and ability to manage and process correspondence in support of the life-cycle process.
- Must have Power BI, and MS Project experience
- Proven experience managing and being accountable for multiple medium and small projects at a given time.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
- PMP Certification nice to have with a deep understanding of PM principals
