Our recruitment team is on the hunt for a Recruiter. A Recruiter will work with the recruitment team in meeting the hiring goals of our clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has experience with full life cycle recruiting and wants to join a growing company with the opportunity to recruit for a variety of different roles and levels.
Who Are You?
- You have a minimum of 1 year of full life cycle recruitment
- You have experience with and are familiar with ATS, sourcing or recruitment marketing tools
- You are familiar with PI or are certified Use of pre-hire and post hire assessments highly preferred
- You have excellent people, influencing and communication skills
- You are highly motivated, a self-starter and driven to success
- You enjoy and thrive in a fast paced, competitive environment with the ability to adapt to change
- Data driven, analytical and comfortable with excel and daily reporting

What will you do?
- Recruit and source for management level positions
- Meet and exceed hiring objectives
- Communicate effectively with hiring managers and executives, building strong consultative relationships to understand priorities and hiring needs
- Provide summaries and accurate reporting of your success
- Source and assist in recruitment marketing
- Network using social sites and other media outlets to build external partnerships
- Schedule interviews, create offers, communicate daily updates to the management accordingly
