Our client, a game studio working on some awesome games is searching for a Lead Level Designer
This Lead Level Designer will be responsible for:
Leading by example by mentoring, uplifting, and being an empathetic leader to 4-6 designers
Non guided Procedural Generation (not needing hand holding)
Creating environments for combat, exploration, and storytelling
Creating unique spaces for visual composition
Focusing on the level design fundamentals
Creating level chunks that be can recombined with procedural systems
Creating map systems
Reporting to the Design Director
The ideal Lead Level Designer will have:
Python, Lua, C# experience
Procedural Gen
Managment idealogy
