We’re looking to hire a Learning & Development Specialist for a leading entertainment company.
Our client is seeking a dynamic Learning & Development Specialist to join their team. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
This is a full-time, 5 month (could extend) contract that is hybrid onsite in Orlando, FL. The application deadline for this opportunity is Thursday, September 19th, 2024.
Learning & Development Specialist Responsibilities :
- Implementing comprehensive training programs and events
- Collaborating with team members across various levels, from early career talent to executive leadership
Learning & Development Specialist Requirements :
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong emphasis on training and development
- Proficiency in Excel (a must!)
- Experience with rapid instructional systems design (ISD) technology tools such as Camtasia, Vyond, or Adobe Create Suite (preferred)
- Familiarity with graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator (preferred)
- Experience working at the enterprise level in technology, preferably in an internal client services capacity
- Familiarity with agile / scrum approaches to product development and delivery (preferred)
