We’re looking to hire a Referral & Loyalty Marketing Consultant specializing in the travel sector for a financial services client.
This position is responsible for crafting and executing an integrated performance marketing strategy, driving the launch and growth of a referral and loyalty programs for travel.
The ideal candidate will use a customer-centric, data-driven approach to develop a compelling business case, personalized targeting strategy, and go-to-market plan to maximize revenue from repeat and new travel bookers.
This is a 6 month project opportunity with the potential to extend and convert. The role is located in NYC, and is hybrid, working three days / week in the office and two days / week remotely.
Referral & Loyalty Marketing Consultant Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategies to increase customer acquisition and repeat bookings.
- Collaborate across business units, including Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Finance, to design and implement a business plan that ensures program success.
- Work with internal and external creative teams to create impactful messaging and creative assets for program launch.
- Partner with Analytics teams to build dashboards tracking KPIs focused on engagement and revenue. Deliver insights through ongoing communication with key stakeholders.
Referral & Loyalty Marketing Consultant Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
- 10 years of experience in performance marketing.
- Loyalty marketing and / or travel industry experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of customer insights and uses them to drive solutions.
- Displays an entrepreneurial mindset and passion for developing new business ventures.
- Balances strategic thinking with exceptional interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and innovation.

- To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week and the length of assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
