Job Posting for Night Auditor at OPAL Grand Oceanfront Resort & Spa
Efficient in Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets and ability to use properties accounting DSR.
Confident to manage one’s self in difficult situations during the overnight shift while maintaining the overall property operations.
Maintains a professional demeanor under resort operational pressures and in guest relations situations.
Communicate and work well with other departments, positive staff and guest interactions as manager on duty for property overnight shift.
Ability to multitask and handle interruptions in audit nightly tasks for guests service responsibilities.
Accurate and consistent balancing of revenues and expenses using multiple operating systems.
Good time management skills for completing tasks within timeframe given.
Excellent problem solving skills for both accounting variances and guest relations concerns.
Full Time Position, two(2) overnight shifts per week plus three (3) Front Desk shifts per week. Flexible in both days and during peak guest occupancy of property.
Part Time Position, two(2) overnight shifts per week.
Minimum hotel experience required with Accounting, Front Office operations.
