The SBA Loan Officer is responsible for the underwriting, documentation, processing, and maintenance of SBA lending products and loan files.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field required.
- Prior experience in business lending or banking required.
- Ability to retain broad knowledge of lending tasks.
- Good written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively and project a professional image when giving and taking information in writing, in person, and over the phone.
- General knowledge of lending regulation, lien laws, and loan documentation.
- Present a professional image in dealing with customers, interdepartmental, and external representatives.
Pay Range: $24 - $27 per hour
