Lead Receiving Associate

ABOUT THIS POSITION
This position serves as the lead in the Receiving area of TOC. They accept and process donated items from the community and they keep the warehouse, receiving area, and outside lot neat and in order.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle situations, make decisions, and answer questions regarding the Receiving Area as able, before communicating with supervisor.
- Unload ODM trucks of product utilizing pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Distribute goods from receiving area to assigned buildings when necessary.
- Maintain the receiving environment, ensuring that all areas are clean, in good repair, and enforcing the rules.
- Sort incoming donations into their proper category.
- Work alongside and train program students that are assigned to the receiving area.
- Seek to exemplify Jesus Christ daily and be prepared to share the gospel or pray with others as opportunities arise.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- A visible relationship with Christ and regularly attend a Bible-believing church.
- Ability to share the Gospel as opportunities arise.
- Good customer service skills and an ability to work with and delegate others.
- Able to perform prolonged periods of walking and standing.
- Able to frequently and repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid Drivers License and acceptable driving record.
- Ability and desire to learn how to operate a forklift and pallet jack.

- Job Type: Full Time
- Pay Range: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
- Pay Frequency: Bi-Weekly
- Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 8:30am - 5:00pm.
- Work Location: Omaha Campus, Timberlake Outreach Center Drop-Off Location
