Our global team of experts — many with PhD and PharmD degrees — work strategically alongside our client partners in Medical Affairs, Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR), Market Access, and Commercial teams across a wide range of therapy areas.

- As part of the OPEN Health Medical Writing Team, you’ll be responsible for:
- Providing writing support to assigned brand teams in selected therapy areas
- Working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team that includes a medical director, editor, graphic designers, and account personnel
- Producing abstracts, posters, outlines, primary and review articles, monographs, slide presentations, meeting summaries, and other materials
- Providing research assistance in the development stages of projects
- Meeting assigned deadlines
- Incorporating revisions and accepting constructive feedback from the medical director, writing mentor, editor, authors, and clients
- Understanding team/company processes, client-preferred style, and budgeted hours
- Interacting professionally with coworkers, clients, and key therapy area experts
What you’ll bring:
- Strong medical background (preferably MD or PharmD)
- Aptitude for the English language and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to producing accurate, high-quality written materials
- Ability to perform all duties remotely and online, as OPEN Health is a paperless company
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- Enthusiasm for learning, team-player attitude, self-motivation, and professional demeanor
- Proficiency with MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and PubMed searching. EndNote experience is a plus!
