Human Resource Generalist

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting our HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions. This is a full-time position based in our company headquarters.

Duties:
- Manage the full cycle of employee recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection
- Conduct new employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations
- Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans
- Support employee relations by addressing employee concerns and providing guidance on company policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Assist with HR projects such as policy development, training initiatives, and HR system implementations
- Conduct data entry and maintain HR databases with employee information
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals and initiatives

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Dayforce, Paylocity) and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy
