Job Summary
The SES Marketing and Sales Associate position will act as a front-line champion for all SES sales activities. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Sales Associate will ensure that sales leads are appropriately moving through the sales pipeline. Additionally, the Sales Associate will assist in executing marketing tasks such as social media and email communication.
Essential Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and identify new opportunities to market the SES products and services
- Generate reports on marketing and sales metrics
- Facilitate the organization and implementation of promotional events
- Gather and analyze consumer behavior data by examining web traffic and ranks
- Follow established implementation processes, timelines, and implementation guidelines
- Document all calls, emails, and any other communication
- Assist the SES Team in building and improving marketing and sales assets and processes
- Utilize and manage social media platforms to garner customer interest and create brand awareness
- Ensure proper and consistent communication with all parties
- Recognize and identify potential areas where existing implementation policies and procedures require change or new ones must be developed, particularly to facilitate growth and expansion
- Effectively manage other administrative tasks
- Live and act as a biblical role model and Soaring Education Services representative in your life for our partners, team members and community
- Agree to comply at all times with our Code of Conduct and Statement of Faith
- Agree to engage in the faith life of our partners and in collaboration with other team members

Skills & Qualifications
- 1-2 years’ experience in marketing, sales, and/or relevant field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google, and web analytics applications
- Working knowledge of the marketing and sales industry, including digital tools and techniques
- Resourcefulness and quick-thinking nature to troubleshoot new and critical issues as they arise
- Demonstrated ability to quickly shift priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all stakeholders, including senior leadership
