What are the responsibilities and job description for the Enterprise Operations Coordinator position at OpenTable?
The Enterprise Operations Coordinator is responsible for facilitating the onboarding and ongoing management of large restaurant, casino, and resort groups. He/she will also manage selected accounts, ensure timely implementation of partner integrations, and assist with the occasional special project. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of sales, operations, and account management processes. We are looking for a self-starter capable of leading complex projects and keeping our largest customers happy.
Responsibilities
Facilitate the installation of all OpenTable products for Enterprise groups with high quality and operational efficiency.
Primary pre-install point of contact for Enterprise groups during high-profile pilots and rollouts.
Maintain an account management portfolio of approximately 150-200
low-touch restaurants to maximize usage.
Assist with special projects that span 1-2 quarters.
Assist the Enterprise sales and account management teams with time-sensitive projects.
Help to organize internal workflows and ensure that assigned tasks are completed on schedule.
Work with the Enterprise Ops team to build scalable rollout plans based on the needs and capabilities of each customer.
Facilitate the deployment of new integrations as they become available.
Play a consultative role in optimizing OpenTable for large groups; propose creative solutions to overcome feature gaps.
Work with corporate operations and training teams to plan, execute, and support each rollout, including frequent status calls.
Triage new Enterprise installs to determine the best training options.
Build and maintain written installation standards and training materials for large corporate customers.
Handle ongoing support and maintenance of Enterprise customer relationships.
Required
Deep understanding of OpenTable products or willingness to learn quickly.
Strong familiarity with the needs of large restaurant groups in the fine dining, casino, and hotel sectors
Basic technical fluency, and the ability to effectively convey OpenTable requirements to corporate IT staff
Excellent social, planning, and time management skills
Excellent presentation skills; strong writing skills
Ability to understand issues and tackle problems in a timely manner
Ability to work independently to deliver quality results
Ability to work variable hours based on customer needs, including normal restaurant service hours in all North American time zones
