Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a Accounts Payable Clerk in Pflugerville, TX. In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for assisting customers in settling their accounts and processing payments.

What you’ll be responsible for :

  • Inbound / Outbound call handling with customers
  • Receive, process, and verify invoices
  • Authorize and schedule payments to vendors
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions
  • Manage vendor relationships (resolve disputes and ensure timely payments)

What you’ll need :

  • 1 years of recent data entry
  • Accounts Payable experience is a PLUS
  • Must have demonstrated proficiency with MS Outlook and Excel
  • Great Plains software experience is a plus
  • High School Diploma or GED required
