Description
We are looking for a proactive Human Resource Generalist with at least 2 years of experience in recruitment, and good knowledge of employment law.

Key Responsibilities
- Working to hire new team members following our hiring process (this includes main tasks like conducting phone interviews and screening resumes).
- Following team member onboarding process, ensuring its completion and bettering it as necessary by gathering feedback and implementing it under guidance of the Director of HR.
- Overseeing the completion of internal training, and helping with optional courses to ensure excellent training standards.
- Obtaining and filing the necessary personnel files appropriately.
- Creating opportunities for positive team member relations upholding our values.
- Providing support to all team members throughout their employment at Operio Group.
- Creating or coordinating the creation of new training materials and modules.
- Assisting managers with and through performance management, issues, and the disciplinary process.
- Ensuring the disciplinary process is conducted correctly, and in the case of separation from employment, all processes are followed.
- Compliance with employment law and regulations, and health and safety of employees.
- Maintaining the HR strategy, goals and projects in line with the company’s vision and mission statement that involves.
- Creating/improving/maintaining the culture of the company.
- Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of team members.
- Administrative tasks, such as data management and preparing paperwork (contracts, NDA, welcome letter, etc.).
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Essential experience: 2 years of conducting interviews in a HR capacity
- Sound knowledge of employment law
- A can do and helpful attitude, trustworthy and discreet.
- Flexible, adaptable, curious and patient.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Courage to challenge and suggest ideas to improve Operio and its team.
- HR qualification beneficial.
