Sales Representative
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30AM - 6:00PM
Position Summary:
The Sales Representative is responsible for selling a novel prostate cancer test into the primary care market space of their specified geography. This front line sales representative must develop and implement actionable business sales plans through healthcare market trends, territory analysis and execute aligned marketing sales strategies to drive profitable growth.
Principle Job Duties:
Duties may include but are not necessarily limited to the following:
- Work in the field each day
- Working with Sales Director, develop and implement strategic sales plans drive and maintain growth in assigned territory.
- Manage and Monitor territory’s revenue forecast, pipeline and close of business for profitability.
- Monitor competitor sales and marketing activities.
- Establish and maintain relationships with territory influencers and key strategic partners.
- Leverage all tools and resources (including data, sales portal, target lists) to drive growth in the territory.
- Represent company at trade association meetings to promote services.
- Act in accordance with all compliance with company policies and government regulations
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing or business administration
- 1 years of sales experience
- Good Business Acumen
- Results Driven
- Excellent problem solving and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Must have a clean, valid Driver License and a vehicle to use for work on a daily basis.
- Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination Required
- Excellent computer skills, MS Office
- Strong oral, written, interpersonal communication skills
- Frequent travel to clients' sites on a day-to-day basis and some occasional overnight travel
